I started by stamping the girl image on white card stock and colored her with Markers. I partially fussy cut the balloons and added dots to her dress for some extra interest. Then I adhered the image over the main card base and finished it with a sentiment.

For this card, I partially stamped the balloon image twice, colored it, fussy cut it and adhered over the main card base. And I finished the card with a sentiment.

This one is my favourite!! I stamped all the sentiments with Hero Arts Neon Inks. Perfect one layer card for perfect someone you love! <3
