Watercolor card with flowers

Hi everyone!
This month our challenge theme is flowers and I adore flowers!
I always use flowers in my scrapbook or mixed media projects, because they send me serenity, romance and happiness.
I often prefer vibrant colors, in shades of pink, blue or purple….. my favourite ones!
But when I think of flowers I also think about the sun and the bloom of nature, so this card was born in the warm colors of sunlight!

To start I chose a stencil from Craftangles collection, with beautiful petal, and I embossed this design with white powder on a piece of watercolor cardstock, on the upper right and on the opposite corner. Then I brushed some liquid watercolors by Craftangles (Lemon tart, Soulmate and Autumn blaze) that I sprayed with water. I love this effect!
On the bottom of the card I glued a piece of vellum, some flowers with bright colors and a lot of sequins….I think that they give a very special light to the flowers! I finished my card with a golden sticker “Hello, friend”

For this project I used these HNDMD Craftangles products:

I hope to give you a little bit of inspiration for this challenge with my simple project!
Hugs, Lisa
