Watercolour mini note cards

Hello!
Paru here and today I am sharing some watercolour mini note cards with you all which looks really beautiful and are easy to make.
Have you checked out the Craftangles “Anything goes” challenge? You can find all the info HERE…For the challenge this month, I have made a bunch of watercolour mini note cards using Craftangles cold pressed watercolor paper and Craftangles liquid watercolours.

I have made a video showcasing these beautiful watercolour mini note cards, which you can see on the HNDMD You tube channel.

As you can see in the video, I started by cutting the watercolour paper into squares using a square stitched die as a guide.I then watercoloured each panel with a different colour, allowing the colours to bleed and spread so that they could create dramatic backgrounds.

I then stamped silhouette images and a simple sentiment. I then adhered these panels to 3″x3″ mini notecards. For the cards below, I stamped the floral image on the watercolored panel as well as onto watercolour paper. I then watercolored the flower with the same colour as the panel. I fussy cut the flower and adhered it to the watercolored panel and then to the 3″x3″ mini notecard. I stamped a simple sentiment to finish the card.

These cards are quick, simple and easy to make…you can make a whole bunch at one go and they are great for sending out with flowers and gifts.I hope you enjoyed these cards and the video and are inspired to create your own mini notecards and to to play along with the Craftangles ‘Anything Goes’ Challenge.
