4 super shiny Christmas cards!

christmas cards

Hello! I have 4 super shiny Christmas cards for you today!

I have used Deco oil transfer gel and the fabulous Craftangles foils to create these cards.

This month the Craftangles challenge is “Red,Green or white (snow)”, so, here are the cards that I have been inspired to create.

monthly challenge

I have made a (slightly long) process video showing you how I made these Christmas cards in red and green.

For my first Christmas card, I started by applying the deco foil transfer gel through the Craftangles Christmas tree backgroundstencil.
Once dry, I applied the Craftangles green reactive foil, with the help of a laminator.
As you can see in the video, I created a few panels of red and green using Tim Holtz alcohol inks and Craftangles alcohol ink paper.
I die cut the poinsettia from this inked panel, along with some gold mirror cardstock. I added a stamped sentiment from the Craftangles ‘Seasons Greetings’ stamp set, to the poinsettia. I adhered the panel to a larger white card base to finish the card.

For the second Christmas card, I started with a black panel and used the Craftangles black reactive foil over the Deco foil transfer gel that I used through the Craftangles ‘Christmas Background’ stencil.
I die cut the light bulbs and the holly leaves from the alcohol inked panels and adhered them to the panel using 3D foam tape.
I adhered this panel to a white 4.25×5.5″ white card base to finish the card.

For the third Christmas card, I started with Red card panel, Craftangles Christmas background stencil, Deco foil transfer gel and Craftangles Red reactive foil.
I die cut the truck from Gold mirror cardstock, and the tree from the Alcohol ink panel that I created.
i stamped a sentiment from the Craftangles Season’s greetings stamp set and and added it and the truck to the red foiled panel with 3D fam tape.
I then adhered the panel to a large white card base, to finish the card.

For the last card, I started with the Craftangles snowflakes stencil, Decofoil gel, and the Craftangles holographic reactive foil.
I then die cut the lamp out of silver mirror card stock. I adhered it to the foiled panel using fun foam which was also die cut with the same die.
I die cut the wreath and the bow from the alcohol ink panels and adhered them to the lamp. I stamped a sentiment from the Craftangles ‘Season’s Greetings’ stamp set and adhered it to the panel using 3D foam tape.
I then adhered the entire panel to a 4.25×5.5″ card base, to finish the card.
