Altered mixed media paint brush

Hi friends!

today I show you my project for the May’s challenge. The theme this month is “Altered Art” so I watched into my boxes where I kept my art stuff and I found it…..an old and tired painting brush…. that I transformed into this…

I started my project with two coats of white gesso

I glued some chipboards and I mixed a little bit of gel medium with art stones and white gesso

Then I spatulated this mix over the project

I let it dry very well and then I sprayed some color mists

I glued other embellishments, flowers, chipboards and then I finished my work with assorted sequins and big splatters of diluted gesso.
