Awesome 3 Cards and 1 Stamp for New Year Cards

Namaste Crafty Folks,
Wishing you and your loved ones a very Happy New Year. I hope this New Year 2022 brings luck, health and success to all of us. And we may grow like the plants do while there is sunshine and right amount of rain.
But before, proceeding further, take a look below for the details of our monthly challenge.

So with the same thought I decided to create New Year Cards using a beautiful stamp set called CrafTangles Friends Forever Stamp set. For the three cards, I shall be creating a card by watercoloring , clean and simple card and rainbow scheme card.

Here is the glimpse of three new year cards:

First New Year Card:

For the first card, I stamped the plants images on to the Craftangles watercolor cardstock using the Distress Ink in Antique Linen and watercolored using Crfatangles Liquid Watercolors in the following Craftangles Liquid.

Once I was happy with the coloring , I fussy cut these images using my scissors. For the background panel, I trimmed a panel of Crfatangles watercolor cardstock measuring 4×5 inches and affixed the CrafTangles Herringbone Stencil, and using the following Crfatangles Liquid watercolors colored the background with a diluted shade of the colors.

• CrafTangles Liquid Watercolor Lemon Tart
• CrafTangles Liquid Watercolor Sapphire

Onec this panel dried up, I stuck the images using the 3D foam tape and the stamped the sentiments called Friend from the same stamp set in Black Dye Ink.

And finally adhered the panel on the top fold note card trimmed from the CrafTangles Emerald Green Cardstock.

Second New Year Card

Using the same stamp set I created a clean and simple card.

I stamped the image on to the CrafTangles Dual texture White Cardstock and colored the image using my new Alcohol markers in pastel shade. Once I was happy with the coloring , I fussy cut the images and kept it aside. Now time for some die cutting.

I trimmed a panel measuring 4.25x 5.5 inches from the CrafTangles Dual texture White Cardstock and die cut a circle using the CrafTangles infinity circle die and then kept aside. From the same cardstock, I die cut the clouds from the Crfatangles Cloud Die set and the colored with Blue Alcohol Markers.

I then trimmed a panel measuring 11x 4.25 inches scored in half along the longer side and from CrafTangles Dual texture White Cardstock. I then dry embossed the panel using the CrafTangles Ray Stencil and then ink blended over the dry embossed area using the Distress Ink in Squeezed Lemonade.

I finally assembles the card by pasting the circle die panel on to the CrafTangles Dual texture White Cardstock with the dry embossing done. I then stuck the clouds and the pant using the 3D foam tape. To complete the look, I heat embossed the sentiments using the the embossing powder on to the Crfatangles Charcoal black cardstock and adhered using the 3D foam tape for added dimension.

Third New year Card:

The third card I wanted to create a rainbow scheme Slimline card. For that I stamped the image on to the CrafTangles Dual texture White Cardstock five times and colored the image using my new Alcohol markers in rainbow colors. Once I was happy with the coloring , I fussy cut the images and kept it aside.

i trimmed a panel from Craftangles Charcoal Cardstock measuring 7x 6.5 inches and scored along the longer side and then pasted all the rainbow colored plants using the liquid adhesive. Finally to complete the look, I heat embossed the sentiments called Love and Hugs from the stamp set CrafTangles in yellow embossing powder.
